Will my internet connection go down during the switch to the new service?

Your current internet connection does not terminate until we fully install, test and confirm your new connection is up and running. In addition, we supply you with assistance in terminating your old connection and help you finalize your balance with your previous provider.

Can I keep my current phone numbers:

All your phone numbers remain the same. If you move to a different area code, your numbers remain the same and we will remote call forward all of your calls to your new location's numbers.
